AI personal assistant agents

Agents Application

What it's used for

Lindy AI lets you create custom AI assistants — called Lindies — that automate specific business workflows by connecting to your tools and acting autonomously on triggers, schedules, or instructions. Think of it as hiring AI employees for repetitive tasks.

  • AI meeting scheduler — Handles back-and-forth scheduling emails, finds available times, and sends calendar invites
  • Email triage — Reads, categorizes, drafts responses, and prioritizes your inbox
  • CRM automation — Updates CRM records, logs activities, and enriches contact data after meetings
  • Customer support — Answers customer questions from your knowledge base across email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Lead qualification — Evaluates inbound leads, asks qualifying questions, and routes to the right salesperson
  • Multi-agent teams — Create multiple Lindies that work together, handing off tasks between specialized agents

Executives use Lindy for email and calendar management. Sales teams automate CRM data entry and follow-up. Customer success teams deploy Lindies for first-line support and escalation.

Lindy's strength is that agents run autonomously once configured — they work in the background 24/7. Visit lindy.ai.

Getting started

  1. Sign up at lindy.ai with Google or email
  2. Choose your plan:
    • Free — 400 credits/month, basic integrations, limited agents
    • Pro ($50/mo) — 5,000 credits/month, all integrations, unlimited agents
    • Business ($200/mo) — 20,000 credits/month, team features, priority support
    • Enterprise — Custom pricing, SSO, dedicated support, SLA
  3. Create a Lindy — Choose from pre-built templates (meeting scheduler, email responder, CRM updater) or describe your workflow from scratch
  4. Connect tools — Link Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, and other tools
  5. Configure triggers — Set when the Lindy should activate (new email, calendar event, form submission, scheduled time)
  6. Test and deploy — Run test scenarios, then activate
Tip: Start with a single, well-defined workflow (like meeting scheduling) before building complex multi-agent setups. Get one Lindy working perfectly, then expand.
